“Enfant do” is a series of self-portraits by Stephanie Gengotti. Yet, in these images, the artist remains unseen. Instead, she stages a young woman and a child to evoke different moments of her inner life—exploring fear, anxiety, and her relationship with death, as well as desire, dreams, and sexuality.
